	I wish. I'm not from your world, but I've heard of it and what magic is like there. My magical style, I guess you could call it, is wandless. I've done a little bit with potions but I never really got a formal education. 	Yes. I was pretty young when I read them so it's been a while. You're in the same situation a lot of other people here are in, though I don't know if that's really any comfort. Apparently a lot of people have lived lives worthy of becoming a story on another world? At least, I think that's how I like to think of it. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	It depends on the spell. Some of the simpler spells are silent. Some require speaking or written symbols or other items to use as a focus. Before I arrived here, I'd only ever encountered one wand on a world called Fillory. It appeared to be limited to illusion magic, but it was powerful. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I haven't seen an accurate count. Over three-hundred, based on the size of the ship? From what I've gathered there are multiple new arrivals on a weekly basis. People leave, too, but that doesn't appear to happen as regularly. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

~~Yeah, thirteen year old me bawled my eyes out when I read that part.~~ I'll share whatever I know. Hopefully you don't have to deal with the shock of running into any of your heroes you thought were fictional characters. No one really prepared me for that part. I think everyone else sort of takes it for granted at this point.

Has anyone told you about Tumbleweed?
