Hypothetical question. If someone wanted to speak to someone about issues, where would they go? Is there like a professional or a head doctor? Not like physical issues, the other kind.

Family counseling is hardly the only thing I do nor is it my official area of expertise. But I am not taking on new clients at this time.

Don't worry, old man. I wasn't going to ask you anyway.

You already did with your hypothetical question that you posted for all of us to respond to.

Yeah but you're not going to help so why bother saying what you do, but not accept new clients. Whatever the hell that even means.

I was replying to Sam's misinformation.

Yeah. He should have said *but not taking new clients*.

You are free to focus on that part if you wish to. Sam will be more than capable of helping you if you utilize your time with him appropriately.

I will, don't you worry.

Like I said in my post, it's hypothetical.

Hypothetical questions are rarely if ever truly hypothetical. Especially when coupled with a litany of previous posts showcasing what they have.

Anyway. You must be busy with those clients. I wouldn't want to keep you with my hypothetical questions.

I have not said that I will not answer questions. I have stated that I am unable to take more onto my caseload than I already have. Sam Wilson has told you that his focus is on trauma, which is what you need help working through and dealing with.

Good thing I won't be another case number for you. You don't know what I need help with. I haven't said anything.

You have said plenty in various posts that you have made, John. In your actions these past few weeks on this boat and off of it. Your words and actions speak volumes.

You can't call me John. It's Murphy. You're acting like I'm the worst one here. I'm not.

I have not stated anywhere that you are the worst here nor that anyone is the worst. Everyone has their own issues that they are working through, yours are simply easier to see with what you have been doing. Others wear theirs closely to their chests. And very well, Murphy.

It feels like you are. Yeah, well, I guess I'm just not shy about who I am and what I do. Just so people don't go assuming shit about me and find myself being hung because they all think I killed someone.

This has nothing to do with being shy or people knowing who you are. Especially when who you show is a construct you have created to protect yourself as well as to protect others.

Jokes on you, Professor. I don't protect anyone.

That isn't true either. Pushing people away to protect them from you is very much a form of protecting them. Even when it does not work.

So it doesn't work. That means I'm not protecting them. And I don't even know who them is. Not a lot of people like me.

It means you are trying to in all the wrong ways.

It's a good way to keep people away.

I have this one friend. You probably know of her because you apparently know a lot of things so you probably know that I shot her in the back. She can't use her leg because of me.

Things would be easier if they stopped caring about me.

I'd suggest bringing that up in any future sessions with Sam.
