It's super super super super hot. So I'm going to sit in Fortescue's the rest of the day eating HOLIDAY FLAVOUR ICE CREAM. The sugar plum fairy one is really good and you can mix it with peppermint but peppermint and gingerbread or peppermint and nutcracker don't really work as well. Gingerbread and nutcracker does though.

This peppermint is pretty amazing, though. They only have a limited amount, so I ordered a half galleon to pick up, tomorrow.

I'm only buying stuff just before I eat it or it wouldn't be fair so probably I'll have to switch to the normal flavours after a while. They thought they made heaps because everyone comes on the first day and it's been warm this week but they didn't expect it to be this hot.

It really has been hot. Even for Texas.

I wonder how difficult it is to make your own ice cream.

Ben showed me once! It's science. You need cream and sugar and sometimes milk or condensed milk depending on the recipe and usually a little salt and whatever stuff you want to put in for the flavour.

And probably one of those churning machines. Sounds complicated.

I wonder if there's a spell I could use, instead. Somehow I don't see the original Florean Fortescue going that long route.
