After more than half an hour fussing over the potted fanged geranium that Neville gave her for her birthday, Eddie bid her cousins goodbye as Nate and Mallory came to pick them up via Floo. Augusta was next to go, after reminding Eddie that she will be going to Diagon Alley next weekend if she wanted to tag along. With all that done, she followed her parents downstairs back to the pub. Ed was practically bouncing off the walls (she blames all the food she got that day) and Hannah, looking amused, said, "You know I'll have to cut you off if you look like you've had enough."

Eddie pouted, because being legally an adult didn't really mean she was one, and said, "As long as I don't do anything illegal, I think we're good."

Neville rolled his eyes in mock despair.

Hi all! Posting this early so that you can have a chance to figure out if your characters would've been there, participated, been annoyed, etc. It's a little bit of fun for Ed's birthday, to impress the kiddos, AND a pre-April Fool's kickoff coordinated by Alastor with input from several outside "consultants".

Seen and Filmed

At lunch time while people are milling around the Atrium, the song "Gangnam Style" randomly begins playing. Passersby slowly begin joining in on the choreographed dance in grand flash mob style.

During the song, the fountain begins spewing heliotrope bubbles which form into a bubble tunnel and what is, essentially, a waterless slip and slide. For the grand finale, candy and glitter cannons erupt, scattering candy to all bystanders, especially the children who are watching in awe. An impressive fireworks display provided by the Weasleys finishes in time with the music!

Lastly, and very randomly (OKAY-- let's be honest-- it's all random...) there is a game over oversized Wizards' Chess being played in conjunction with all of this.
