SEEN AND FILMED: Iona sitting at her desk writing the message, her satisfied smile increasing ever so slightly to the point of being a full on grin by the time she has completed and sealed it. She then leaves the office - as pristine as usual - to go and send the note.

SEEN AND FILMED: Iona leaving the confessional booth with the toasted baguette slices, going up to random people and asking them if they'd like a piece. When the last is gone, she waves her wand and vanishes the tray before practically skipping back up to the office.
