TO: Department of Physical Sciences Listserv <temperance_phys_sci@temperance.gov> FROM: Adebayo, John <j.adebayo@temperance.gov> SUBJECT: Department Restructuring + Public Relations Protocol TO: Department of Physical Sciences, Temperance FROM: J. Adebayo DATE: 12 March 2018 SUBJECT: Department Restructuring + Public Relations Protocol Hello all: As announced during Dr. Anderson's The first to address: the recent recurrences of thundersnow events cropping up in the area. The fact that this is the third instance of a snowstorm with thunder activity, combined with Deputy Director Canton's advisement, behooves us to take a closer look. Fortunately, we have access to the data out of the Great Falls NOAA office, which has otherwise predicted weather patterns comparable with spring melt across the Paradise Valley. Should anyone be able to begin to cross-reference the collected meteorological data from the past three events to see if we are capable of establishing any patterns, it would not only be greatly appreciated but will be useful for me to present to Leadership to compare with their existing resources. The second to address: as you may have noticed vis-a-vis the announcement from our Deputy Director, we are welcoming a new Director of Public Relations to the fray. Mrs. Sinclair-Berkowitz is a credit to her profession and is excited to help build our public image. However, as reported, she is very keen to hear [...] our secrets. As your Director, I do want to simultaneously encourage that you are as frank with her as possible per her request, but I do want to also honor your right to privacy as well. Should there be anything you are uncomfortable with disclosing, please do feel free to come to either myself or the Assistant Director of Physical Science and we will be happy to listen. Admittedly, the Assistant Director may be more helpful than myself, but I do not want you to think that I would not be someone who would listen. Lastly, if there are any questions, comments, or concerns that you wish for me to bring to the Leadership of any other department, please let me know and I will do my best to be emissary for your needs. This, of course, is null and void if you are desiring for me to go to bat for you for funding, in which case I would direct you to our Grants Library on the first floor.
