Who: Sirius and Remus What: A little much needed cuddling When: early evening Where: Room of Requirement Rating: PG Status: Incomplete
It had been more than a week since Snape had worked his magic and cleaned out Sirius' head, and Sirius was finally beginning to feel like himself again. The nightmares were fading, slowly but surely. He no longer felt like he had to be on constant watch, in case he lost himself.
The one thing that still seemed off was his relationship with Remus. Everything that had happened between them, everything they'd shared, it was all tinted with the darkness of the last month. He wanted, no, he needed to make a memory that was only theirs, that had no connection to the violence and the darkness and the fear. So of course he went straight to the room of requirement.
It took him a while to set up the room perfectly; a small room, with a warmly crackling fire, and a large overstuffed love seat. He had experimented with a few other ideas, more romantic or more exciting, but in the end he settled for this, which was basically just a replica of Gryffindor common room, but without the threat of interruption. He had also raided the kitchen, setting them up a decadent picnic. Now all he had to do was send Moony a message and wait for him to come.
