The Ed that's an alien is back. And apparently not really concerned with the Nexus until he is practically under the sign. Instead he's reading some paperwork. Some very serious and concerning paperwork from his expression.
"I really hope Winry will be all right... dammit."
He looked up, seeing the Nexus instead of what he was expecting. "Why do things have to be so damn complicated?" |

Fujin had been sitting out by the sign most of the...day? Week? however long she'd been here this time. Weather hadn't seemed to change much, which made hanging out by the sign rather pleasant, but sometimes she wished for a good storm. Storms were loud and chaotic, and somehow comforting.
Looking for something to do, she took out some poster board and wrote a question on one.
If someone offered you the chance to change something horrible in your past would you do it? Would you do it if you knew that chance could go wrong and undo time itself?"
she set the poster board up next to her and took out a smaller tablet of paper and started to draw.

Florette is watching travel shows on a nearby Nexus monitor, while thumbing through future back issues of Better Home and Gardens and Gourmet that had been left scattered on a nearby coffee table. "Where would you like to visit, if you were able to go there?" she asks after a while. "And is there any place you'd like to visit again?" |

There is an Edward Elric in the Nexus, studying The Sign. This one seems different -- maybe not as much as the genderswapped ones some. Is it the fact his coat looks more like a robe? Is it the fact he's merely 'on the short side' rather than 'fullmetal chibi'? Is it that both of his hands appear to be flesh?
Maybe it's the antennae -- not just a stray bit of hair sticking out of his bangs, but two thin, almost insectlike strands poking out from within his hair.
"Where..." he shook his head. "No, I don't want that to be my question. I'm looking for someone. Can anyone help me out here?" |
