Who: Emma and Scorpius. What: Whining about parents, only child-dom, anything they can think of. Where: The tapestry. When: Tuesday March 25th. Rating: Probably just PG. Status: Incomplete.
Emma couldn't remember the last time she actually felt like cracking a smile, except for when she was teasing Scorpius about things. Teddy Heir. It was witty, it was fantastic. It was also incredibly lame and she couldn't believe that she had come up with something so terrible, but it was a taunt all the same. Her mood evidently hadn't changed much over the past week or so. If anything, it had declined greatly after her receiving the news about her father. What was she going to do? She might not get along with anyone in her family but she always had a soft spot for her dad.
The small blonde girl had finally made it to the tapestry, after trudging about in an uncharacteristic slouchy fashion that was everything Emma wasn't. Her hair was a mess and her clothes were a disarray of mismatched layers and colours. She was all for layers, but something had gotten lost in translation here. Even she could admit that she looked pretty bloody awful. She waited in irritation, wishing that Scorpius would just hurry up and arrive so she didn't have to be the loner scruffy girl.
