Cleo was standing on a little way back, waiting to move up the aisle, a run of white silk, penned in by lines of strung flowers on stakes, that matched the white arch her groom was standing under, and her bouquet, as well as the flowers in her hair. There was a steel band playing the wedding march, her dress and gloves were beautiful, she’d not opted for a veil so there was nothing to cause her to miss a second. It was perfect.
Cleo was so happy she felt like yelling it out to the world, singing, spinning on the spot like a kid. There were no nerves. This was right
