Thomas was nervous. He had managed to water the same plant for the third time now. Then given up in frustration and got the spade out of the shed. This endeavour lasted another five minutes until he figured out that he had forgotten what he wanted to do with the spade.

There had been too many bad news recently. Too many. He had a bad feeling about this too. If Jake was back, he would have known. Had they found traces of him? Was someone else gone? He could check the phone list. It would be so easy. But, really, he couldn't.

	Tom poked his head through the door, watching the content family. There was a part of him that wanted to diverge. That wanted to dive into a conversation about toy horses and baby food. But he couldn't do that to himself. "Uhm, Izzy, can I talk to you for a moment?" (Reply to this) (Parent)
