As cool as that would be, no. Goodland just transformed for --- however long the entity wants. Usually 1 or 2 weeks.

I've been here for like ten months. Whenever we do these things, it is like a week or two. No formal assessment. Maybe one of the scientists keep track.

I have some experience, yes, though time travel is closer to normal than interdimensional travel.
