Nothing specifically. It was nice, what you did for Peter and then me. But things in that apartment are reaching critical mass. I think it's time I ask that the two of us get our own place. The door would be open for visits, but ultimately there'd be less on everyone's plate and I think that's what's best for all the kids.

I'm not forbidding you from seeing him, Tony, Jesus. Thanks for the dig at my parenting skills, though, that's nice.

There are five kids in this apartment—one of whom is an infant. I might adore all of them, but one is my primary responsibility, and I have to look out for his best interests. A calm place to come home to, a consistent parental message.
