I want to not be a source of stress in your life because you end up feeling like I'm another person you aren't doing right by. But I also like being included... And it's starting to feel like there isn't a lot of room in your life for me.

It's not necessarily what I want. I'm just looking at the lay of the land. You're a busy guy. You have your mom here, and Valkyrie, and Torunn, and now you have Tia to take care of too. And they all need you. And I will admit, I am selfish. I want to be the center of attention sometimes... And then I feel bad for pulling you away from the people who need you.

The girls are young enough that I feel like they need to be the center of my attention, Darcy, quite frequently. That is not to say that I do not have time for you, you are also very important to me, but it might not be as often as you need.

So maybe we just take a step back for now. Spend time together when we want to. Because like I said, I care about you. Very much. And I don't want to be one of the things that causes you stress.
