No. I attempted to perform a simple equation a little bit ago, and I couldn't even start it.

That's  unusual, if something is affecting people's powers I wouldn't have thought Any extreme deviation from the norm could be affected, then. The good news is that this sort of thing doesn't seem to last, but it could still be anywhere from a day to two weeks.
