But there's a lot of questions regarding her reproductive health I'd have to ask, and I get the feeling it might be uncomfortably if she didn't know.

Pain, bleeding, cramps, cravings. Some of it's normal pregnancy stuff.

The likelihood of potential multiple ovulation is there too. Also I need a full moon because ... fertility magic.
