I [...] My daughter's dead. Crisis is coming. I remember too much about my future still, and I keep wondering if I need another dream catcher treatment from Emma, but I don't want to forget the wrong things.

And at least I'm not scribbling on walls and drooling on myself, but it almost feels like that'd be an improvement.

I've lost Nora twice now and [...] Iris and I were trying to work through it, but there's no support groups for parents grieving a grown up child from a future that was erased by your arch nemesis. But I kept myself busy.

I can't even do that here.

But I've been talking to Brainy. He's very introspective, isn't he?

That's horrible. I wish there was more I could do, but this is something, Barry. Just talking about it is a start. It makes a difference. YOU can do this and you're going to get through it without forgetting her. Memories are one of the most important things we have, even the hard to bear ones.

So, I'll help keep you busy. I promise.

Okay. When this place brought me back in time to the moment right after I escaped the speed force, I remembered everything in my life because I'd seen it repeated a billion times in the speed force, and when I got back to normal, I didn't forget everything. So I asked Emma to take some of my memories, just so that I could function without my brain being a VHS tape that's been taped over way too many times, you know?

But I still remember bits and pieces. Crisis is [...] horrible. I'm supposed to die vanish during Crisis. And Cisco is supposed to take over Team Flash in my absence.

How is he I can't ask him And honestly? Sitting here in limbo while I know all of that's going to happen? It's kind of [...] a lot.
