Hey, I'm not saying you're wrong to be suspicious. It's just this place is really fucking weird, and there's at least a fifty fifty chance that Steve had nothing to do with it. And I thought the forties was more like Cap's thing so I'm not really sure why we're like in ancient times.

A doppleganger. Who posed as Steve Rogers for months-- nearly a year, we believe, without causing even the slightest suspicion. He was so good at being Steve Rogers, that we can only guess at when he became Evil!Steve based on some of the things he put into motion.


So, no, I don't trust him. Not until I have reason to.
