It's mostly just psychological. Human tastebuds aren't good enough to tell the difference most of the time unless they do something really different with the recipe. You could probably try buying a chest freezer though.

I don't agree. You can give two people any kind of recipe and they'll both cook it differently and it'll taste different. I do like that idea, though. I might have to do that.

No more different than if the same person made two batches a week apart. Professional wine tasters can't even tell the difference between white and rose champagne if they drink it blindfolded. The climate might affect it, but so might freezing and defrosting. I'm probably just going to try all the different southern food places when we get back
