Not sure I’d say dysfunctional, just that I wasn’t really. Functioning I mean, on like any level beyond breathing and sleeping occasionally. I’m doing better now.

It means something bad happened and I stopped taking care of myself. But I’m feeling better now and I’m going to start doing things again.
