I've experience with magic, but not unprovoked. No portals, no spells were spoken. it makes no sense.

Well, yes. I'm quite familiar with magic.

But as there is no portal where I last was, it is a bit...unsettling that I have arrived here.

Who, or what, is this Entity?

Are you? I’m a scientist, but I’ve come to see magic is quite real.

No one knows who the entity is or how this place works exactly. We’re working on it, but it seems like some odd mix of magic and science makes this place tick.

There's teleportation spells that don't need portals though. All the Defenders' spells are usually pretty visible but not all of them are.

Okay cool! So be nice to the ostriches, who may or may not be out in the snow. I haven't checked. I hope they're all right.
