So, what can people tell me about this Jubilant Entity then? Is he really jubilant? Like all the time? I doubt anyone can be jubilant all the time. It would be rather tiring being jubilant 24/7 I'd imagine.

Jubilant...isn't that a brilliant word. Jubilant...ju-bi-lant.

	Technically, it's The Doctor. But, everyone calls me Doctor. See jubilant is just too intense a state for anyone to stay in forever. Cheeful though, well, that's a good default emotional state for a person. Of course, providing their not creepily cheerful. That's always just a bit suspicious. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Oh I don't know. In 900 years, I've never seen anyone capable of doing it. If just because life is full of too many trials, that staying in a permanently Jublant State, just isn't possible. (Reply to this) (Parent)
