Well, hello. This is an adventure isn't it?

So, what can people tell me about this Jubilant Entity then? Is he really jubilant? Like all the time? I doubt anyone can be jubilant all the time. It would be rather tiring being jubilant 24/7 I'd imagine.

Jubilant...isn't that a brilliant word. Jubilant...ju-bi-lant.

Really? I find that hard to believe. Lots of people trasnported through time and space to another dimension by something or other, and no one's even seen them. Maybe you've all met them, and didn't even know it.

Technically, it's The Doctor. But, everyone calls me Doctor.

See jubilant is just too intense a state for anyone to stay in forever. Cheeful though, well, that's a good default emotional state for a person. Of course, providing their not creepily cheerful. That's always just a bit suspicious.

It's too much for us now, but it might not be later. Or we're not enough for it but will be one day. Lucy's the closest person I've ever seen come to it, and as her older brother, I can say she isn't always.
