middle of thursday night
I baked. Couldn't sleep even with the lights on.

[There's a bunch of painstakingly decorated macarons in varying flavours left in the lobby for anyone hanging around that area.]

I'm not sure that works quite as well with macarons, considering they're about 90% sugar and raw egg.
