NAT. CLINT. MORGAN.

What is a bridesmaid? What are the duties? I am feeling an odd sense of ... pride? Should I be feeling this?

Do I have to kill someone in this role?

GAMORA.
I have gummy things. They have alcohol in them. You may share them with me.

GAMORA. CAROL. RHODEY.
I believe that it is customary to congratulate humans when they agree to bind themselves to one another. I wish to invite Tony and Pepper through to our apartment for dinner. Also with Morgan and Peter and MJ. I would also suggest Thor, Wanda, Clint, Natasha and Steve, but I believe there would be too many shoulders in the space.

It is purely so that Pepper and Tony may have a night off from hosting family obligations and enjoy themselves. Would you all be agreeable to this endeavor?

That's a nice idea Nebula. It might be good for them to just get to relax for a night and celebrate quietly.

I'm sure we can all pitch in and help out.

Yes. I believe the notion is 'a day off'. Morgan is too old now to babysit while they have a night together so this is the next option I feel.

Do you know how to cook Carol?

Yeah, I don't think you'd need to babysit a couple of teenagers. And I don't think those teenagers would like the notion of 'couple time' for their actual and pseudo-parents.

Um. Badly? I guess. I can heat things up and watch stuff. But I'm a pro at clean up.

I can cook, I don't mind helping out at all.

I might need to take a back seat on the bridesmaid part of that, but hopefully you won't be required to kill anyone.

Never say never though?

Hopefully? So it is a possibility.

I will be sure to arm myself regardless then.

I'm not convinced Nat's been to the right weddings. So I'd definitely arm yourself just in case.

I mean, you typically don't need a weapon but just in case.

Do I even want to know what weddings you've been to?

A bridesmaid is like an attendant for the bride. She stands there and serves as a witness to the vows, I guess that's the simplest way to explain it. You wear a dress that the bride usually picks out or suggests and carry some flowers.

Don't listen to Clint. I've never been to a wedding where the bridesmaids had to kill anyone.

I am to witness Pepper and Tony's vows of bond to each other? A dress.

Are you sure I will not have to kill someone?

That's the main thing the attendants do. The groom has groomsmen who do the same thing. Yes, it's a way of supporting them. And usually there is a dress involved. That's up to the bride, she figures out what colors she wants and that's what you wear.

And yes, I'm sure you won't have to kill anyone. That would make for an interesting reception though.

I did not know that they made gummy things with alcohol in them. That sounds intriguing and thank you for sharing. By the way I've been told that you make good nachos.

And I think having dinner would be a good idea.

Dresses, and flowers are typically involved but I am pretty sure that "pride" is almost always involved.

There shouldn't be any killing.
