	It is likely easier to show you than tell through this thing. Goodland seems to defy most scientific law so all we know for sure is that it is quite similar to New York City. 	If it helps to understand it as a separate word, cell is short for cellular, it's referring to the kind of technology it uses. Radio waves, at its most simple. Wi-fi is a wireless network connection. Very similar but not quite the same. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
