I've found myself in need of the S.T.A.R. Labs speed lab.

First off, I'd be able to to run without attracting attention. And secondarily, Cisco and I would be able to keep tabs on my progress and speed.

	It's a prison. King Beasty had a bunch of people he deemed villains rounded up ~~or brought back to life~~ and locked em up there. Course they had children and King Beast decided those sprogs should suffer for their parent's crimes. Bit of a shite place. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
