	It has milk or juice and fruit and honey all blended up together so you can drink it. They're very good - I have one every morning for breakfast - and sweet and good for you all at the same time. If you have any fruits that you like, I can bring you one to try when you're feeling better. I'm sure Miss Rogue or Mr. Five would also know how to make them. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
