It took inventing time travel and dying for most anyone to acknowledge I fucking cared about something other than myself. My best friends aren’t here to join us to take the edge off. I came here from a shit time and did what I could to help those here only to get ridiculed as some overprotective “dad” finally to have everyone watch as Clint said Peter wasn’t nothing but a protege. Did anyone defend me? Ask me if I was okay? No, strangers did.

So you tell me why I don’t want to pretend to be a happy Avenger family.
