The museum is underwater? Does that not damage things? Are there also fish? Is this like an aquarium and a museum?

It is a little bit of both. It was invented to divert ocean divers from disrupting the balance of underwater fauna in the Caribbean coastline. You can either snorkel or scuba dive to see the sculptures.

There are waterproof ones in my time, but I don't know how well they'd do submerged.
