I must admit I prefer this change of scenery, especially when compared to the previous curiosities that have occurred since my arrival.

[ joan watson ]

Thank you for the breakfast. Please excuse my rather rude intrusion.

[ neal caffrey]
I am never partaking in a Mai Tai again. You are a dreadful influence and yet? I adore you still.

[ sherlock holmes ]
I believe you've spent enough time with your walls and books.

Curiosity leads to long spirals down rabbit holes.

You could have Enola convince him that you have been on your very best behavior. And aren't exaggerated tales preferable? I suppose it is convenient, though, to blame the islands for our drunken mishaps. I shall look forward to this special occasion.

It also killed the cat, but I still tend to poke at it most of the time.

He probably would like Enola, and his wife, Elizbeth, would love her. True, they're more interesting, except when I'm the poor, sad victim of his exaggerations. We've got to take advantage of the island blame while it lasts.

You and I have that in common.

I find it difficult to believe that anyone could paint you as a poor, sad victim. Neal.

It has it's rewards now and again.

Nah, that was just my own protesting and lamenting. Peter would be rolling his eyes out of his head right now at even the suggestion.

It most certainly does.

Perhaps somewhere his eyes are rolling?

Probably so.
