Oh my.

This is certainly very strange. While that letter was somewhat helpful, I'm still confused how to how I got here and exactly where this...Goodland is. I definitely didn't intend to come here on purpose.

If I'm going to be here for awhile, I should introduce myself. My name is Rey Skywalker. Has anyone seen a ship with a wookie named Chewbacca around? Or if it showing up here is even a possibility.

We haven't been able to sort a way out. There is a barrier that has been impenetrable so far.

I was pulled here nearly two years ago. I can't say I mind. It is better than the alternative.

That's good information to know. I'm not too pleased about being torn from my home like this, but at least I know I'm not the only one that's stuck here.

Were things bad where you came from? I can see where this wouldn't be too bad if someone's home is a bad place, or they don't really have anyone there.

I'm glad to hear that. Getting a second chance like that must be very nice for you.

Nothing like this. I'm originally from a desert planet named Jakku, but I've been traveling with my friends in the Resistance, fighting the First Order for the past couple of years now, so I really haven't had a place to call home for awhile. Though I was looking forward to possibly settling for a bit back home, we still had a lot of work to do in reestablishing peace.

I hope so, as well. I guess I'll have to start looking for work, too. It's been sometime since I had a job. I suppose I could find something as a mechanic here, though the vehicles are probably different from what I'm used to working on back home. But I've always been good at fixing things.

In this case apparently yes, but the existing in both places isn't a requirement. Pocket dimensions are usually just smaller, and more likely to be artificially created.

So it's possible that someone created this one and is pulling people here from different times and places, then?

Yeah. The two prevailing theories are that something, likely the Entity, brings us here and controls everything, or that we're being brought here accidentally and the Entity just tries to look out for us. I think most people lean towards the first one.

From the letter I received, I think it's safe to say the Entity pulled us here of its own choosing. At least that's what it felt like to me.

May he'll show up here at some point. That would be nice. Is Chewie the cat dangerous? Most cats where I'm from are usually harmless. Cranky, but not too threatening otherwise. Though I suppose it could be different for cats from other universes.

There's literally always that possibility. She's a bit of a demon, or something. Maybe an alien. I'm not entirely sure. But she basically has tentacles that fire from her mouth.

Her owner or whatever kinda keeps her chill.

That doesn't sound like any sort of cat I've ever seen or heard of before. That definitely sounds like I'll want to keep my distance.

Her owner sounds like someone who enjoys a challenge. I don't think I could have a pet like that.

Chewie is wonderful. I think you'd like him. He generally gets along with most people. As long as you don't upset him.
