Some Reality

Overnight Pennywise has been trying to get to the 8th floor. The wards have kept him out physically, but that won't stop him from trying to get the kids to come to him.

Voices will start to be heard from drains and vents, they will sound like different things to different people. Some will be loved ones, some will sound like other kids, either in trouble and asking for help or sounding like they're having fun and encouraging whoever is listening to come join them. It'll be different person to person; he'll do whatever he thinks is most likely to get someone to come to him.

He targets kids and teens most but he won't hesitate to hurt an adult that gets in his way.

If anyone does find him, he can take the form of anything and anyone he wants, but most often looks like a clown. Get too close and he will try to eat you. Literally.
