“Oh. Sorry. Well, I’m afraid that flambé rather brought back memories. Sorry. It’s just that Sirius always loved to flambé. Actually, I remember one time when Arthur and Molly came round – “
“Do tell, Lupin”
“Well, Sirius did a flambé, as usual, but he’d had a few drinks and rather misjudged things – he was badly burnt. Almost spoilt the dinner party, really.”
“Oh? Apparently gae gogi is quite a delicacy in Korea.”
