“What in Merlin’s name is the matter with you, Lupin? I take you out to celebrate our anniversary, and you spend most of the meal staring into space.”
“Oh. Sorry. Well, I’m afraid that flambé rather brought back memories. Sorry. It’s just that Sirius always loved to flambé. Actually, I remember one time when Arthur and Molly came round – “
“Do tell, Lupin”
“Well, Sirius did a flambé, as usual, but he’d had a few drinks and rather misjudged things – he was badly burnt. Almost spoilt the dinner party, really.”
“Oh? Apparently gae gogi is quite a delicacy in Korea.”
