WHO: Peter Parker and Tony Stark
WHAT: One more spider for the Stark collection.
WHERE: Around town
WHEN: March 12
RATING: N/a
You know one thing that Peter had always taken for granted? Washing Machines. He'd never appreciated them for the true miracle that they were, who would to be honest? They steal your change half the time, who wants to walk down ten flights of stairs to the basement to switch your clothes over, and like do you have to separate out the colors? (Yes, actually you do - when a spider-suit is involved, unless of course you'd like your whites to end up pink at the end of the day, and pink was not Peter's color, he'd tried it enough times to be sure now). He'd managed to scrounge up a few more pairs of clothes, after taking a trip or two through the door, and staying just long enough to get a few basics to round out his clothing, but the suit was practically glaring at him every night - accusing him of what he was doing, just how much sweat and regret remained in the fibers.
So there was just one thing left to do. Peter went out in search of the mechanic and engineer who claimed to be there to help out if they needed anything power or tech related. And if he needed anything it was this, and surely this counted. So there he was, plodding through town looking for Tony.
"Uh, hey," He said when he found him on the other side of town from where he'd set up shop. "Tony, right?" He asked, it was stupid wasn't it? Knowing who people were but not really knowing them. At least with the Spider-gang they'd felt a little like family, they had those shared experiences that no one else could really understand the way they all could, here though it was people he knew in varying degrees but weren't the people he actually knew.
