"Maybe someone will find something like that through those doors?" Peter suggested, because yeah, there was only so much they could do with basic tools, sure they could probably pull it off but you know things could always be easier. That much Peter was sure of. "Have you been through, yet?" He asked, "I kinda... I don't know portals aren't really my thing, there's no telling where you'll end up." He'd go through eventually, probably, maybe. But you know he was working up to it, taking his time.
Peter huffed softly and nodded, he remembered that, spending his days figuring out what he could do - the true extent of his new abilities, what it meant for a little kid like him to suddenly be able to defend himself, and not just himself but everyone else. "Yeah? That's gotta be a pretty cool suit, you know it was all spandex and figuring it out on my own back when I first started all of this." And sure he was smarter than your average teen but he'd done it on his own in the beginning. He'd had help on and off throughout the years but you know mostly - yeah.
Not entirely sure he meant for things to go quite like this but well this was something that Peter didn't quite hate. "I mean he wasn't terrible, we weren't close though. He wasn't building me suits or anything like that." Maybe things would have been different if he had Tony Stark looking out for him in the same way this younger Peter had. Maybe not, maybe he was always destined to end up where he had. "That's-" He started and paused, "Yeah, thanks that's ... thanks. I appreciate that."
