haven't written an OC in a hot minute, so i wanted to throw something out. i'm looking for rp with plot, either a) slice of life; b) something more rooted in ~horror; or c) a post-apocalyptic setting. smut is definitely optional, so feel free to ignore any references to sex in the scenarios under the cut if smut isn't your cup of tea.

i know there's a ton of plot details up there (esp. for the horror route), but HONESTLY, i'm a huge fan of winging things! i like discussing backstories and possible histories and threading flashbacks and such out, but i'm not too big on plotting the ~entire RP up until the end. i like surprises! i hope you do, too.
journals only, please. i'd also prefer playing with muses 35+ in age, since i'm playing ren at 44 and don't really dig age gaps. i don't have any preferred PBs for this, but i'll probably stick with my obscure one for myself because i'm too lazy to make icons again. for smut, i prefer writing dominant tops and am not really into writing with switches or powerbottoms (but, again, smut's totally optional).

Long shot in the dark but I am looking for a psl where a gay single guy adopts a kid. He wanted to adopt a child with his partner who left him because the process was too long and intense for him. So my guy wants to try on his own.
He's given one option - a 14 year old teenage boy. So I am looking either for that boy (in a non-sexual father/son line) or maybe a potential new partner for him who supports him and his plan or already meets Zach once the kid is living with him already.
