I'm just going to take a moment to gather my brain that has turned to mush... I'm in love with your coloring (especially the green and black), poses, angle and birdlike Severus who swooped in and stole Harry (who doesn't seem to be complain at all). I do like the apparent despair of Ginny whose face isn't even shown.

I *really,really* like Severus, his (bird)eyes have great eyesight and it fits literally/figuratively, because it wouldn't work with Ginny :)

Thank you! the birdlike Severus is sort of continuation for one of my old fanart http://sealcat.insanejournal.com/1140.html#cutid1 and for Harry he is happy to be rescue form the marriage he didn't want, so the situation is in favour to Severus and Harry :) Something like he is comeback from death and rescue who he love, and of course for other people it will looks like he is kidnapper who stole Harry~ :D

Oh WOW. Absolutely stunning. The colors are incredible. I love how Snape's robes just melt into those broad, sweeping wings. He looks fierce, protective, and heroic, and the mask is just breathtaking. It truly is Snape personified in a bird. I almost missed it at first glance, but I love how both of Ginny's hands are still grasping the ribbon desperately. Harry is so lucky Snape was there to swoop in and save the day! Fantastic work!

This is really gorgeous. I love how effecting Ginny's hands are, despite the fact that we can't see any other bit of her it really conveys a desperate grabbiness I've always associated with her.

I really love the heroic dark brooding Snape here--swooping in to save Harry. Very effective and it so suits his character.

Harry doesn't seem a bit displeased with how this has gone. lol

	Thank you so much:) one of the reason that I only drew Ginny's hands is because I want to focus on Severus rescued Harry from the bond that he didn't want to have, there for Harry is not displeased with this situation :) (Reply to this) (Parent)

I'm going to focus on Harry, because the earlier reviewers have hit upon the awesome of Ginny's hands and Severus.

The way Harry's hand is outstretched- it's. Ot as if it is reaching out for Ginny or the past, but as if he is gently letting it go. At first I thought He was looking down, but now it seems as if he is closing his eyes in preperation for a kiss on the forehead from Severus. Ther is a sense of benediction in his pose that seems to portray acceptance in such a lovely way.

Also: artists are magic. It's true. I'll never get over the blues and greens in this picture.

Thank you so much! :) Humm, how to say... my idea is more like Harry's stretch out so that Severus' wing could cut/break the bound that he didn't want to have in the first place. But I think your works too, because he did realised he didn't truly love Ginny, so he need to letting it go, too (But you know Ginny won't give up so easily).

	This is FANTASTIC! Ginny's desperately grappling hands, the jagged edge of the ribbon, Severus' jawline and the way he is half-smirking even as he protectively guards Harry. So, so well done. Thank you so much! Actually, the background is ok, Severus' bird head (is it the right word?) give me more problem, because it it mostly black and I need it looks not dead or bore. And you saw the smirk :D It is more like he is laugh at Ginny's plan (That is what I have plan when I doing the painting.)

This is a very pretty piece, dear. I love the choice in colours and the lines of Severus' robes and feathers, the pink in the ribbon signifying Ginny's desperation.

I see from the other comments that you have made this a continuation of your other piece, Severus reincarnated as a phoenix--a lovely image BTW--but I could also see this as Sev's Veela form. This would fit magnificently in the Do Me Veela's Valentine's fest that begins today.

I first saw this on my phone while I was at work watching all the entries for AVD flock in. I immediately copied it and made it my wallpaper.

This is gorgeous. Severus' cowl and his outstretched wings coming up to save Harry. The way Harry's hand in still outstretched.

The coloring and the detail is marvelous.
