I believe that's open to interpretation. I could just as easily imagine a scenario in which everybody on earth gets a ring in the colour of his dominant emotion and the entire population unites against a common enemy.
If there absolutely has to be a White Lantern, it's pretty much a foregone conclusion who that is going to be, and I personally find it to be a very annoying one. The only other real contender perhaps would be Superman, and even that is still pretty weak.

	Eh. Your Hal-hate aside, he's being set up as a messenger boy because he ~~is the town bike~~ knows all the right people. He's the most capable of getting word out that the colors need to combine (HAHAHA) with green. So far the only 'white' wielder is Dove. (Reply to this) (Parent)
