On top of what volksjager said...

The guy on the board with the Surfer is Star-Lord (thanks to the other commentors for that one). Leaning on the Thing is a character from Byrne's Danger Unlimited. Tapping ROG on the shoulder is someone from Next Men. The four kids around the drawing board are the Prototykes. In the lower left corner, the two teens are from Byrne's short-lived Lab Rats. To the right of Batman is the Black Fox, from Marvel: The Lost Generation. The astronaut in the lower left is from the same short story as the naked woman. Oh, and you probably know him, but don't forget the Mole Man, his face peaking out below ROG's feet.

I don't know who the Darkseid fan, the woman next to She-Hulk, and the woman behind Batman are, though the one with She-Hulk might be from Byrne's Babe, a title I know next to nothing about aside from its name.

That's Lace from the Nextmen. Also I dunno if its cause he is next to the Hulk but Luke Cage is lookin' weak...
