a few reasons, Waid left and it was not as fun, Jim Shooter played up the teen drama part. It followed the popular Reboot Legion (which Blue Beetle also suffered from when he replaced Ted). Fans were split on how the characters and relationships had changed. 2 years after the series began Geoff Johns began using the Legion from before crisis on infinite earths so people thought this legion didn't matter in the big picture.

The problem is Johns and generally anything he says is law around DC, even more than Morrison or whatever.

I mean, look at the recent round of Blackest Night action figures announced in Monday's solicits, which feature a Wonder Woman apparently somehow affected by the events of Blackest Night in a manner which will likely be complete bullshit but has to be done because Johns likes to think he understands the character.

It's the exact same thing here. Johns is touting his little Legion and because editorial are seemingly scared to say no to him given he's their biggest moneymaker, right now, he gets his wish. I don't know why Shooter couldn't have been allowed to carry on with the threeboot book.

	See, when I first read the "goats in the lab" issue, I thought that they were Brainy's goats. I thought he just had a special Goat Room where he kept the goats as experimental subjects, and that when Dream Girl provoked intellectual and sexual frustration, he'd be all like "Grrr. Here's hoping we get to see Legion-Prime return in Adventure Comics. It was mentioned that all three Legions would be featured there.

Shooter was forced to leave the Psycho Jeckie story arc unresolved due to the title being canceled, and I'd like to see it resolved. As well as what happened to their Karate Kid and Triplicate Girl: I suspect it was an Infinite Crisis tie-in that never panned out.
