Yeah, sorry but he's actually a core member of the best Marvel comic going right now, so he ain't going nowhere.

DA has kicked so much ass so far that this is going to rock so hard.

I am in total agreement. Hell, the Green Goblin was never that cool a villain in the first place. And now the guy's just everywhere in the Marvel Universe, sucking away what little fun there was left.

Now he's Spider-Man. Huh, colour me unutterably bored.

Just wanted to mention it. Dark Avengers is not that bad once you suspend your disbelief big (like in "monstuously massive") way, get used to the sluggish pace and forget how horrible 90% of the Marvel characters sound talking in Bendis dialogue.

Once you get past that, it's a beautiful romance story between Norman Osborn and The Sentry.

Ooooookaayyyy...

Does Norman drug the real Spider-Man, place him in a coffin, take a picture of himself standing next to it, bury the coffin and then go fight muggers and Vermin (the rat guy)?

Good Christ, Norman makes X the Eliminator look like he had a life.

The problem with keeping Norman going like this so long is that it abuses suspension of disbelief. He has now shot at Reed Richards' children, probably on camera, in the FF's home. There are so many different ways he ought to have been exposed by now, and his arrogance has made him careless. It's only the media he has put on any facade for. He was a jerk to the president prior to the false flag attack, and I would have intel that shows Norman has pretended others were the Goblin before if I were the prez. Because Nick Fury would have had it, would have had no reason to conceal it from the executive, and it would be old info.

He's also failed in hurting the names of most of the active heroes, except for Tony Stark who did a fine job of that already--Norman just capitalized on it. It's like this man is only kept in power because God, I mean Bendis, wishes it so.
