Yeah, I don't know why her hair is blond in the panel while she's falling and then red when she's Batgirl. Weird.

Nothing in this issue explains it, but maybe when she retired as Batgirl she dyed her hair to help throw people off the track of her old ID?

The fear gas/falling incident happened while she was still Batgirl, though.
