I can see Zinda/Hal. They'd be at a bar, and they'd get to drinking, and she'd go home with him. She's far too interesting for him, but he's a fellow pilot so she might hang out with him and he can teach her about all the modern aircraft.

Zinda/Hal/Helena, not at all.

One thing to consider is that Hal is surprised that anybody is aware of the threesome. Far from being the stereotypical braggard stud, he seems uncomfortable about the knowledge getting out.

OTOH, Ollie's heard this from Dinah, who in turn is going to have heard it either directly or indirectly from either Helena or Zinda.

If the former, and it was Helena who told her then Dinah's likely violating a direct confidence (being a catholic girl, Helena's following an ingrained instinct to confess to someone she trusts). Even the fucked up incompetent Dinah of BC/GA wouldn't do that, even as pillow talk, even in anger at his effectively walking out on her to be with Hal.

If from Zinda, then I have no doubt that the first person bragging about getting a headboard notch was Zinda herself, possibly without knowing that Ollie was in earshot, maybe as reassurance that Hal didn't bat for the home team.

So who's going to the one spreading this choice piece of gossip? Not Dinah, not Helena. As mentioned, I can definitly see Zinda bragging that she bagged the Green Lantern, even if she did it with the assist of a wingman helping her ride the kill.

Of course, it might also be that Ollie is simply lying through his teeth about how widespread the knowledge of the trist actually is...

	At least the second would be less of a lie regarding Helena's history. I'm not for replacing one stereotype with another, I'm for replacing a stereotype in its cultural context. (Reply to this) (Parent)
