Okay, Old Lace dies, and through the connection with her, it means Chase dies too.

But since he's not actually injured he can be revived. But, technically, he's died.

Now I wonder...

Are we seeing a Buffy/Faith moment here? Chase made a deal to sacrifice himself to bring Gert back, right? His life for hers. Well, does that deal still stand? He just died...

So does his loss of life mean Gert returns?

I'll be disappointed if the "one dies, one returns" events are entirely unconnected.

	Okay, Old Lace dies, and through the connection with her, it means Chase dies too. Christina Strain confirmed on the_hostel lj comm that Chase is alive. 	The flatlining suggests he's going to need resuscitating come the next issue. It looks like his heart's stopped from the shock. Of course once Old Lace dies the link's severed and maybe he'll kick back to life himself, but it certainly looks like he's died, even if it only lasts a second or two.
