I don't think it has to do with parties, more to do with the fact both of those guys are dicks; Bush is a greedy corrupt imbecile, and Gore is an arrogant dull as dirt dork.

Yeah, I think they pretty much take a generic "those clowns in Washington" approach to this kind of thing...
