Well, Hotaru's pretty gay for Chibiusa (allowing for their age bracket of course), so Saturn's a fair pick too. Actually I can't think of any planets that you can't argue are gay from a Sailormoon perspective. Maybe Pluto, but even then you've got the whole co-parenting thing in the manga.

It was kinda funny though, my Sailor Saturn's powers turned out like the one Sailor Mars had once she gained her Star powers upgrade. Like almost exactly.

Closest thing we ever got to a guy Sailor Scout (and why the hell wasn't he one? he was linked to the Earth after all) and he was completely outclassed by the time Venus showed up. Hell, guy got beat by oldschool Mercury and her fog bubbles.
