	IIRC, the High Evolutionary had witnessed the birth of a Celestial. It seems every time he comes across things Man Was Not Meant To See, the High Evolutionary goes a bit nuts. That's often followed by an intense rationality of wanting to "improve" humanity. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Well, in the case of Celestials, some of whom are large enough that they actually dwarf entire planets, that may be literally true. If you saw a baby's head the size of a planet emerging from a galaxy-sized womb, you'd feel a little wobbly on your pins, wouldn't you? I'd be like 'ye gods... I am soooooo TINY!
