This is from Secret Origins of Super-Villains 80-Page Giant #1. It's written by Walter Simonson and illustrated by Jon Bogdanove.

	But the artist is Jon Bogdanove, who's kindof an art chameleon. He changes his style to suit the story, and it works like a charm. (Reply to this) (Parent)

As noted, Simonson always has a certain Kirby vibe, and makes it work. Rarely better than here.

Karl Kesel is another, though he adapts the trappings of Kirby-ism to his own sensibilities. It's a different take, but a very valid one.

I keep meaning to post some of the Kesel Hawk and Dove issue where the new Female Fury Cadets show up for the first time. Kirby would have been very proud of that.
